Lisa, once again, Barb and I would like to thank you for all you help in making our vacation trip a
success. The trip was well worth the cost we paid to your company and certainly could recommend it
to others. While there were times and situations that could have been improved, we would have to
say that overall it was a great experience. We enjoyed the accomodations in Orlando - however, the
initial condo we were to stay in was a step above the one to which we had to move. When we started
to move in to the orignial one, we found that it had not be cleaned, eventhough we did not arrive
until 5:30 PM. We did have a delightful breakfast with our sales representative and found the sales
group very knowledgable. But, we did not buy anything in Orlando - too crowded, bad experience
with out arrival and move in, and way too noisy in the sales area. There loss, but Disney World was
fun - nothing better than being a 62 year old kid. After Orlando, we were off to Daytona Beach and
had our own "Spring Break". The college kids were great and after our first night in the hotel, they
were actually pretty quiet. A pleasant surprise -- while there, we took a day to visit St. Augustine and
had a really enjoyable time. Got to drink from the "Fountain of Youth" and I felt like a college kid by
the time we returned to Daytona. While meeting with the sales staff in Daytona Beach, we acutally
purchased a vacation package, which will fill in nicely with the Time Shares we own. So it was a
profitable sale for one of your sponsors. Hilton Head is beautiful and we had our own private
alligator outside of where we stayed. While the accomodations were not the best, they certainly met
our needs and we took time to visit Savannah, GA. A great place, but not as nice as Charleston, SC
which is my favorite. All in all, a great time and we thank you for all your help in pulling this trip
